Wallet Usage Policy

This policy explains how Gaadiwalaonline Wallet / Internal Service Balance may be used for eligible in-app services.

Wallet purpose

Gaadiwalaonline Wallet / Internal Service Balance is an internal platform balance operated by Vahanfin Solutions Private Limited for eligible products and services available inside Gaadiwalaonline, subject to applicable law, RBI/payment guidelines, company policy, and service availability.

Usage limits

  • Wallet balance can be used only for eligible products and services available on Gaadiwalaonline.
  • Wallet balance is not a bank account, deposit account, cash withdrawal facility, transferable wallet, or general-purpose payment instrument.
  • Wallet balance cannot be used outside Gaadiwalaonline unless expressly permitted by applicable law and company policy.
  • No interest is payable on wallet/internal service balance.

Top-ups and deductions

  • Wallet top-ups are credited only after confirmation from the payment gateway, bank, authorised provider, or reconciliation system.
  • Wallet debits are recorded against eligible service orders, challan processing, or other in-app services.
  • Users should review amount, service, charges, GST, refund policy, and transaction details before adding money or paying through wallet.

Refunds and failed transactions

  • Failed, duplicate, or disputed wallet top-ups are handled after verification of payment and wallet ledger records.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund Policy and payment gateway/banking timelines.
  • Unused wallet balance, expiry, refund eligibility, failed transactions, and service cancellations shall be handled as per this Wallet Policy, Refund Policy, applicable law, and company policy.
