Information we collect
- Account details such as name, mobile number, OTP verification status, PIN authentication status, and saved vehicle numbers.
- Vehicle and service information such as registration number, challan details, RC-related data, FASTag requests, insurance preferences, and service history.
- Payment and wallet information such as order IDs, transaction references, payment status, wallet balance, top-up records, and refund records.
- Technical information such as device type, browser, app session, IP-based location signals, cookies, logs, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the platform.
How we use information
- To create and manage your application account and authenticate access using OTP and PIN flows.
- To fetch or process challan, vehicle, FASTag, insurance, wallet, payment, receipt, and transaction information.
- To show user-specific dashboard data such as user name, vehicle number, challan count, wallet balance, and transaction history.
- To detect errors, prevent misuse, improve service quality, provide support, and comply with legal or operational requirements.
Sharing with service providers
We may share relevant information with authorised API/service providers, permitted integrations, payment gateways, wallet processors, challan service providers, FASTag partners, insurers, verification providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, customer support tools, legal/service partners, government/official systems where required for a specific service process, and operational partners where needed to provide or complete a service.
OTP, PIN, and security
- OTP is used for mobile verification and reset flows. OTP values should not be exposed in frontend responses or unnecessary logs.
- PINs should be stored securely using hashing and should not be stored as plain text.
- We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no digital service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and local storage
We may use cookies, browser storage, app storage, and similar technologies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, store temporary service state, improve performance, and support security checks.
Data retention
We retain information as long as needed for account access, service processing, transaction records, dispute handling, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and business operations. Some records such as payments, wallet transactions, receipts, and service logs may be retained for longer where required.
User choices
- You may contact support to request correction of inaccurate profile or contact information.
- You may request account assistance, service history clarification, or deletion review where applicable by law and operational requirements.
- Some information may be retained even after deletion requests if needed for payments, legal claims, compliance, fraud prevention, or completed service records.
Children
The platform is intended for users who can lawfully manage vehicle and payment services. Users should not provide information for services they are not authorised to request.
