Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how GaadiwalaOnline services may be used across vehicle details, challan support, FASTag, insurance, wallet, payments, receipts, and related assistance.

Company and platform
Gaadiwalaonline is a vehicle compliance assistance platform operated by Vahanfin Solutions Private Limited. We are not authorised by any Central Government, State Government, RTO, court, police department, transport department, or official government portal. We assist users in checking vehicle-related information, challan details, payment facilitation, and related support services using APIs/data made available by authorised service providers and permitted integrations.
Use of services
- You agree to provide accurate vehicle, mobile, payment, ownership, and contact information while using the website or mobile application.
- You must use the platform only for lawful purposes and for vehicles or services that you are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for reviewing challan number, vehicle number, amount, offence, status, and other details before making any payment.
Challan services
- Vehicle/challan information may be made available through APIs/data from authorised service providers and permitted integrations, subject to availability and response from those providers and the respective official systems.
- Online, court, virtual court, Lok Adalat, and offline challan handling may follow different timelines and requirements.
- Payment or service initiation does not guarantee immediate closure or disposal. Final challan closure, payment confirmation, settlement update, disposal, or reflection in government records depends on the respective government department, court, payment gateway, authorised provider, or official system.
- Receipts, screenshots, or declarations may be shared when available from the applicable process.
- Users should verify critical information from the respective official government portal before making legal, financial, or compliance decisions.
FASTag, insurance, and vehicle details
- FASTag and insurance services may depend on third-party providers, banks, insurers, aggregators, and verification systems.
- Vehicle detail checks are for convenience and may depend on the availability and accuracy of APIs/data supplied by authorised service providers.
- Insurance plans, premiums, add-ons, eligibility, and claim terms are governed by the insurer and applicable policy documents.
Payments and wallet
- Payments may be processed through wallet balance, payment gateway links, Razorpay, echallan.app, or other supported providers.
- Gaadiwalaonline Wallet / Internal Service Balance can be used only for eligible products and services available on Gaadiwalaonline, operated by Vahanfin Solutions Private Limited, subject to applicable law, RBI/payment guidelines, company policy, and service availability.
- Wallet balance is not a bank account, deposit account, cash withdrawal facility, transferable wallet, or general-purpose payment instrument. It cannot be used outside Gaadiwalaonline unless expressly permitted by applicable law and company policy.
- Wallet top-ups and deductions are recorded as transactions in the application. You should verify wallet balance and transaction history after payment.
- If a payment gateway, bank, or third-party provider delays confirmation, service processing may also be delayed until confirmation is received.
User account security
- Mobile OTP and PIN login are used to protect application access. You should not share OTP, PIN, or account access with unauthorised persons.
- GaadiwalaOnline will never ask you to share your PIN in plain text through customer support.
- You are responsible for activity completed through your logged-in account unless caused by a proven platform security issue.
Limitations
- We do not control government portals, court systems, insurer decisions, bank settlements, FASTag issuer systems, or payment gateway uptime.
- We may modify, pause, reject, or cancel a service request if required information is missing, incorrect, suspicious, or not supported.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when services, legal requirements, payment flows, or platform features change. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
